Refund and Returns Policy
At pomiy.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your clothes or accessories, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items eligible for return:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items
- Items with original tags attached
- Items in their original packaging
Items ineligible for return:
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion with a “final sale” designation
- Items damaged due to wear and tear
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team by email at support@pomiy.com or phone at (310) 686-9781 to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.
- Securely pack your unworn items in the original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the package to the address we provide with the return authorization. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request email. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request, but if the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
